This telephone script will help guide you or your office staff through various calls and conversations with potential clients and/or referral sources that will call your company regarding the services your agency offers including inquiries regarding prices and employed professionals. The end goal is to give the caller as much information as possible and having a client or referral source at the end of the call while leaving a meaningful impression on the caller.
